kakatamad dito sa bahay namin...puro na lang paglalaba ginagawa ko...hehe..yung mga walang ginagawa diyan...tulungan niyo nga ako...hehe...yung mga may exam sa phychem ngaun...gudlak senyo...galingan niyo wah...tapos ung may mga exam sa anachem1 bukas, gudlak din...galingan niyo wah...ilampaso niyo ung exam ni sir jordan...hehe..tapos samin na mga mageexam sa anachem2 sa saturday, gudlak din samin..hehe..ü..
ang hirap ng chem nuh??..nakakaasar...parang sila jala..hehe..ü
pinag-iisipan ko nga kung mag-aaral pa ba ko o kung mag-dodota na lang ako....
tara dota na lang tayo...hehe..

Answer the following questions on a yellow pad. I will be collecting them next meeting.

1. Glycine is a highly conserved amino acid residue in the evolution of proteins. Why?

2. Poly-L-Leucine in an organic solvent such as dioxine is alpha-helical where as poly-L-isoleucine is not. Why do these amino acids with the same number and kinds of atom have different helix forming tendencies?

3. Some mutations in a hemoglobin gene affect all three types of hemoglobin (A, A2, and F). Where as others affect only one of them. Why?

HbA2 - minor hemoglobin in adults
