When- FEB. 23, 2008- that is Saturday probably morning...
Where- Ateneo de Manila University

When- Feb 23, 2008- Saturday also, after PACSiklaban 7pm onwards!!!
Where- Either of the two (Quezon City Sport Complex or Coconut Palace)
25 delegates are required to attend....

Their will be a Mr and Ms. PACS pageant....
